"Not a detail is missed with this place-so beautiful, clean, laid out well, spacious, food choices and locations were excellent, we felt so cared and provided for by nice and helpful staff, the rides are all TOP NOTCH and our kids had THE BEST day! The lazy river was also divine-very beautiful and serene. I thought this would be a one day experience we all have and cherish forever, but all of us can’t wait to go back again someday!"

"The place is breathtaking. It’s clean and the consistent scrubbing in the lazy river to prevent algae is appreciated. It shows diligent workers caring for their place of employment. Plenty of lounge chairs and shaded areas. Happy also with the size of the lockers. The food and presentation at the “on the waves” restaurant was superb. Mario was our server. He was friendly, attentive and careful with the details. I highly recommend to visit jungala. I would recommend labelling the miscellaneous pools and slides to their counterparts in English. Lazy river and río are perfect. The brave pool is the tidal wave pool. It makes it easier for visitors to know what to expect."

“Amazing water park! Ignore the negative reviews: this is a beautiful park, well maintained and very well staffed. The service is amazing and there are lifeguards everywhere. The wave pool is brilliant. The waves are actually very fun. Not sure if this has been improved from before, but it’s definitely on par with, if not better than, other wave pools we have been in. The lazy river is absolutely stunning, possibly one of the most beautiful ones we have ever seen. The kids had so much fun in the rain fortress! Finally, the slides are so much fun. Our favorite was the family waterslide. Would definitely visit again!”
